Q: Are all products eligible for return & refund?

A: Yes, all products except Pre-Loved products. Products from our International Collection will be eligible for return/refund only if the product is damaged

 

Q: Are all products eligible for COD?

A: Products worth Rs.1100/- are eligible for COD

 

Q: Is shipping free for all products?

A: Shipping is free for all pre-paid orders except Pre Loved fashion products.

 

Q: What are the shipping charges for Pre Loved fashion products?

A: A flat shipping charge of Rs.100/- will be applicable for Pre Loved Fashion products.

 

Q: What are the shipping charges for COD Orders?

A: COD handling charges of Rs.60/- are levied for orders ranging between Rs.300 to Rs.699 & Rs.110/- for orders from Rs.700 and above.

 

Q: What is the maximum order value allowed for COD orders?

A: You can order products worth Rs.1100/-

 

Q: What is your “No Questions Asked” return policy?

A: Well its pretty straight forward. We don’t ask any questions if you decide to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. A refund of entire amount paid is initiated. Applicable for all products except Pre-Loved products.

 

Q: When do you accept returns?

A: We accept returns under below scenarios

  1. If product has size issue (For eg. Ordered XL but received L or XS etc.)
  2. If product has print issue (For eg. Ordered Evil Eye Feather Crop Top but received Dream Catcher Crop Top)
  3. If product received is of wrong colour (For eg. Ordered Black colour but received Red)
  4. If product is damaged (For eg. Product is torn or Print is damaged)
  5. If you decide to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase
  6. If product received is different from that what was ordered

 

Q: What is the procedure for raising a return request?

A: We love to keep things simple for our customers. All you have to do is use the appropriate e-mail template provided for each scenario & send us the same at care@theaccessorys.com. That’s it & we will take care of the rest.

 

Q: How much time does it take for your product to get delivered?

A: Normally it would take 5 to 7 working days for printed clothing & 3 to 4 working days for accessories.

 

Q: Why does it take 5 to 7 working days for your products to get delivered?

A: Well since these are custom printed products there are two parts to it.

  1. Product handling time – 3 to 4 days (includes product procurement & customisation)
  2. Delivery time – 2 to 3 days (average time taken by our courier partners)
